WhatsApp updates WhatsApp Web with these Business features

WhatsApp has been seeing great adoption of their WhatsApp Business feature, which lets companies engage with WhatsApp users in a secure and feature-rich setting.
Now, after 5 million users of the service, WhatsApp has decided to bring these WhatsApp Business features to the desktop.
The update to the web app brings:
- Quick Replies: These are frequent messages to answer common questions. Simply press the “/” on your keyboard to select a quick reply and send.
- Labels: Organize your contacts or chats with labels, so you can easily find them again.
- Chat List Filtering: Easily manage your chats with filters to sort by unread messages, groups or broadcast lists.
Given the improved ease of responding to customers from a proper keyboard and large screen, I suspect the update will be very popular.
