WhatsApp Beta for iOS brings Notification Sticker support

If you are running the latest WhatsApp beta for iOS you may soon start seeing animated stickers in your notifications.

WABetaInfo reports that WhatsApp Beta for iOS 2.19.50.21 brings supports for notification stickers.

The feature came to the Android Beta app a week ago and is enabled by default, meaning you should be able to preview stickers in your notification centre when you get sent a message.

Stickers are animated by default and work across the mobile apps and WhatsApp Web, making them an attractive addition to the platform.

If you are running the latest Beta and the feature does not work WABetaInfo suggests backing up your messages and uninstalling/reinstalling the app.
