The latest Insider build of Windows 10 Mobile, Build 10572, brings support for Indian English in Cortana.
Indian users now no longer need to switch their device language to English (UK) to take advantage of Cortana’s numerous features, and it seems most of those features still remain available, besides some interests such as Eat & Drink, Events, Getting Around.

Cortana has become somewhat of a lynchpin of Microsoft’s mobile strategy, and seems to be leading the integration between Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile, allowing users for example to receive notifications of missed calls from their phone on their PC and send text messages from their PC via their phone.
