 Verizon HTC Touch Pro  Normal HTC Touch Pro

The Verizon version of the HTC Touch Pro has recently been launched, and is ending up in the hands of buyers now.

We now have a screen shot posted on XDA-Developer forums of the memory panel of the device, and it confirms it has significantly less RAM than the 288 MB in the other HTC Touch Pro’s, likely 192 MB.

We have not yet seen if this results in poorer performance, but 28 MB free RAM (the poster claims 45 MB fresh after boot) is not a number I ever want to see on my new Windows Mobile phone.
