UC Browser is a company that is pretty open about their betas, and a new version of their award-winning browser has just turned up in the Windows Phone Store, compatible only with Windows Phone 8.1.
The version number is still 4.0, and there does not appear to be any major new features, but one can imagine the browser can now implement windows phone 8.1 only features, such as being able to browse the file system.
