Two new Windows Mobile phones from AnyDATA

new-anydata-smartphones New ODM AnyDATA is showing of two Windows Mobile handsets at Mobile World Congress which it hopes carriers or OEMs will pick up.  The offering consists of the lower end ASP-318 and the more sophisticated ASP-518.

The handsets feature:

  • ASP-318 – quad-band (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) GSM/EDGE connectivity, 3.2-inch QVGA touchscreen, GPS, 3.2-megapixel camera with auto-focus and flash, FM radio, dual SIM, SRS TruMedia audio and a microSD memory card slot. The device will be commercially available in Q2 2010 and will be marketed as the iMedia smartphone.
  • ASP-518 – dual-band 3G, 3.2-inch WVGA touch screen, WiFi, 4GB of built-in storage, 5-megapixel camera with auto-focus, front-facing camera for video calls, dual SIM (works on both CDMA and GSM networks), SRS TruMedia audio and a microSD memory card slot. This one is currently marketed by China Telecom utilizing the well-known Phillips brand.

AnyDATA  will be showing the handsets off at booth C102 in Hall 2 at the Mobile World Congress.
