Touch Focusing is one of the key features of the Xperia X1, and is now also available on the HTC Touch HD. Our good friends over at PDA.pl have put up a video demonstrating Touch Focusing (where th point the camera focuses on is specified by touching the camera preview) on the HTC Touch HD.
