Tip: Update Facebook status via voice

The Official Windows Phone Blog just posted a tip showing you how to update your Facebook status completely hands free by using Facebook Mobile and sending a text message via voice commands.

Admittedly this is a workaround, but once Facebook Mobile’s 32665 number is in your phone’s contacts, you can simply say “Text Facebook”, and then say “Eating a great turkey sandwich.”, and finally say “Send” to update your status completely hands free.

This could be far more useful if TellMe was able to add punctuation to ends of sentences, since you are currently limited to one sentence and can’t use questions or exclamations. Nevertheless, watch the video embedded above to learn how to setup Facebook Mobile for voice texting!
