Tiny picture reveals the HTC 8S

HTC is due to make their Windows Phone 8 announcements in about 30 minutes, leaving just enough time to squeeze in another leak.

To the right is what is believed to be the HTC 8S, the lower-end HTC Windows Phone 8 handset with a WVGA screen and 1 Ghz processor.

The picture was tweeted by WP8 Global Exchange via Weibo and show’s HTC’s Sense clock, now looking much more at home on Windows Phone 8

The Windows Phone 8S (HTC Rio) will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus MSM8227 Krait framework 1GHz processor, Adreno 305 GPU , a 4 inch WVGA resolution (800*480 pixels) screen, carrying a 5 megapixel camera which supports HD video 720p.

It is believed it is heading to T-Mobile USA.
