Sprint MVNO Ting has announced their first Windows Phone handset, the HTC 8X, with pre-orders opening now.
The mid-range handset features the styling of the HTC 8X in a somewhat cheaper package, with LTE, a WVGA screen, 8 GB ROM and BoomSound and Beats Audio included.
