Great news for subscribers to the best budget carrier in UK. Three UK now supports Windows Phone Store carrier billing, meaning you can make app and music purchases from your Windows Phone without having a credit or debit card, particularly helpful for those under the age of 18.
@DanOffTheRadio Hi Dan, yep, this will be charged to your bill. It’s a new option we’ve introduced. >DD

Unlike many other carriers Three did not make an announcement regarding the move, unfortunately somewhat consistent with their tepid support for phones running Windows Phone, with the carrier only offering the Lumia 535, 635 and 640, but they still offer the best deals, particularly for Data, in UK, and their recent move for free roaming abroad makes them a very attractive carrier even if you have to bring your own device.
