The New Asus Zenfone Zoom Looks Very Familiar

Asus today announced a new product called Zenfone Zoom, which is their flaghip device focused on photography. The back of the device should be very familar for most of us, it looks identical to the Lumia 1020 Windows Phone.

Asus Zenfone Zoom comes with 13MP back camera with 3X optical zoom, laser auto focus and OIS. Asus claims that it is the thinnest 3x optical zoom camera and it will go on sale for just $399. Lumia 1020 which was released in July 2013 is yet to have its successor from Microsoft. I hope Microsoft realizes soon that Lumia 1020 users have no real upgrade option in Windows Phone eco-system.
