Google today released the updated Google Fit app with improved sleep insights and dark theme.
You can now track your sleep timings along with other physical activities inside the Fit app. To do this, you should connect your sleep app to Google Fit and Fit app will display charts that show you your sleep patterns over time. Google also allows you to add, edit or access your sleep history through the journal.
Google Fit app now comes with dark theme can be gentler on the eyes and can help save your battery life. You can enable dark more in Settings.
Google Fit for Android can display a summary of your workouts along with a map of your route, whether you ran, hiked or biked. Google is now bringing this feature to iOS devices as well.
