Tetris Effect, the fun tile-matching game that’s so far been available exclusively on PlayStation 4 with support for PlayStation VR, is heading to PC next week.

We enjoyed Tetris Effect so much that it wound up being included in our MSPoweruser 2018 Game of the Year Awards, so that should tell you how good it is.

The PC version of the game will be fully playable on standard displays, with unlocked resolution and uncapped framerate, or you can play it in 3D using an Oculus Rift and/or HTC Vive.

Tetris Effect on PC is even capable of running at resolutions of 4K – or more! There’s also ultra-wide monitor support.

There’s even other expanded game and graphical options for both 2D and 3D play, including adjustable particle volume and size, texture filtering, and more.

However, there’s a catch. It’s either a good catch or a bad catch, depending on how much you enjoy the Epic Games Store. That’s right – it’s an Epic exclusive.

If you pre-order the game through the Epic Games Store, you’ll get all of the digital goods for completely free.

The digital goods include 10 Tetris Effect themed 4K Desktop Wallpapers and an Original Soundtrack Sampler with 7 tracks.

The PC version also comes with an all-new “Zone” mechanic, where players can stop time (and the iconic Tetriminos from falling) by entering “the Zone.” This allows you to either get yourself out of a sticky situation or rack up extra Line Clears for those sweet bonus points.

Tetris Effect will release on the Epic Games Store on July 23rd. You can pre-order it here.
