Telegram for Windows Phone today picked up a new update. The latest update is a minor one, and it doesn’t seem to add any new feature. Unfortunately though, the latest update doesn’t include any new changelog and we can’t confirm if there are any new features that come with the latest update. However, it is worth noting that the company released a new update for its desktop app, too — which comes with a changelog, and introduces a few new features. Here’s what’s new with the latest update for Telegram’s desktop app:

  • Groups can now have multiple admins with the ability to edit the name, logo, and add/remove members.
  • Groups that have reached their capacity of 200 users can be upgraded to supergroups of up to 1,000 members.

For those wondering, the latest update for Telegram’s Windows Phone app is version 1.17.1.0 and the desktop app’s latest version is 0.9.13. You can get the company’s Windows Phone app here and the desktop app here.
