Version 2.3 of the Japanese vocabulary trainer and offline dictionary, Tango Master, is now available from the marketplace.
While the application includes 40 prebuilt study lists, users can now take advantage of Tango Master’s Space Repition learning with their own custom study lists. This latest release also brings better search result relevancy to the offline dictionary, as well as partial word search support. In addition, the new ‘Memory’ activity provides a fun, innovative way to learn.
The v2.3 update takes advantage of the new APIs available with the Windows Phone 7.1 SDK, including fast app switching, background tasks, and the ability to pin multiple live tiles to the start screen. Both the main tile and individual study list tiles will automatically notify you when it is time to study again. The offline dictionary can also be pinned to the start screen for easy access.
Tango Master is free (ad-supported) and can be downloaded from here
