As a result of the recent executive shake-up at T-Mobile, Ami Silverman, SVP of Field Sales and Operations was promoted to EVP of T-Mobile Retail. Looks like she was not so happy with the new role as she is leaving the company to join Microsoft. She joined T-Mobile in 2006 and had several roles including Vice President of Customer Service, Vice President West Region and SVO if Sales Operations.
Microsoft is yet to confirm her joining officially. There is also no information of her new job at Microsoft.
