Microsoft today confirmed that Windows 8.1 RT update 3 will come in September. Microsoft previously said that they are working on an update for Surface [Windows RT], which will have some of the functionality of Windows 10. So, we will come to know what features will be part of Windows 8.1 RT update 3.
