Chinese OEM Sunty has shown of a variety of Windows 10 Mobile devices, ranging from the more conventional 5 inch handset to 7 and 8 inch LTE tablets.

Sunty is an ODM which creates white box devices for other companies to sell.  At the Global Sources Electronics Hong Kong event they showed off 3 devices.

The Sunty G500 is a device similar to the Lumia 550 which has already been picked up by Japanese OEM  Diginnos as the Diginnos Mobile DG-W10M.  That handset features a 5 inch HD screen, Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor, 1 GB RAM and 16 GB storage.

The Sunty Q72 7 also runs a  Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor, 1-2 GB RAM (depending on the OEM’s requirement), 16 GB storage (expandable), 1280×800 resolution screens, VGA front facing and 2 megapixel rear camera, 2700 mAh battery with LTE and 3G included. The Q72 7 will come in a variety of colours,  and is targeting the youth market.

The Sunty Q82 8 has similar specs ( Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor, 1-2 GB RAM , 16 GB storage (expandable), and 1280×800 resolution screens and LTE/3G), but in addition has a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash and a 4000 mAh battery.  The device is particularly interesting, as it is believed that no Windows 10 Mobile devices would be produced larger than 7.99 inches.

The Sunty Q72 7 will be emphasising browsing on the move, while the Sunty Q82 8, which has dual speakers, will be targeted at the slightly higher end media tablet market.

Whether these tablets reach the market will depend on OEMs picking them up.
