As it stands, students can join Apple Music at a discounted monthly rate for up to 48 months; but soon, for a limited time, this deal will also include Apple TV Plus.

After UNiDAYS verifies your student status, you currently get access to Apple Music for $4.99 per month.  Now, Apple has given financially-stretched students an incentive to switch over from Netflix with their latest offer.

To celebrate its launch tomorrow, Apple is bundling Apple TV Plus in together with the discounted student plan.

Offering a meagre nine series, Apple TV Plus is priced at $5/month for non-students.  While it may seem pretty reasonable, Apple is just testing the waters; and a positive reception would most likely invoke a price rise down the road, especially when the range of titles expands.

For those who aren’t students, Apple is offering another deal.  With the purchase of selected Apple devices also comes a free subscription for a whole year.  For anyone else, there’s a 7-day free trial to take advantage of (just don’t forget to cancel).

Check out the offer on the Apple website.
