Microsoft has been teasing picture support in Sticky Notes for some time now, and now the first signs of support are starting to show up in the apps.
As noticed by Ajith on Twitter, at present visiting the Sticky Notes section on OneNote will let you add an image to the note. The notes generated are not supported on the desktop or mobile apps yet, and when synced to the Notes section on Outlook the images are stripped, but it seems likely the updates will be arriving in short order.

The feature also appears to be available to Insiders on the OneNote UWP app.
While we wait for the feature to roll out non-Insiders can find the current version for Windows 10 at the link below.
