Steve Ballmer talks Zune, Windows Mobile and everything Microsoft

While the video above, part of CNET’s new Conversations series, is being hailed as proof positive that Zune will be coming to Windows Mobile, I do not really feel this was ever in question.  Now if Steve had said Windows Mobile 6.5, that would of course have been real news.

What I found interesting was Steve Ballmer managed to lay out a coherent strategy for their many approaches to the market, be it the desktop and mobile, and while many (including me) feel Microsoft could execute better, its reassuring to know that at least there is some method to their madness.
