The long awaited Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1a, after almost a month of delays and apparently one pull-back, is now officially available online at SonyStyle.com and at a few Sony retail shops all over USA.

The price online is $799.99 but apparently tax is not included as WMExperts got one of this on a retail shop for $867.

WMExperts also posted a quick photo unboxing of their new toy, which to be honest is almost identical to older unboxings of X1i, as nothing on the casing or the box is different.

Nevertheless, the XPERIA X1a is now available in the US, so if you are willing to spend $867 for the privillage to own an XPERIA X1 that supports North American HSDPA, run to your nearest Sony shop. Who knows? You might be lucky!
