SmartQR Code generator is a Chrome browser extension which adds a right-click menu entry to chrome which will generate a QR code correctly formatted for installing apps from Marketplace, making it a simple matter to scan the code from your phone.
The process is somewhat more convenient that sending the app to your phone through marketplace or searching for the app using Marketplace on your phone.
SmartQR Code also works for the iOS App store and Google Play, and will also transfer videos being played on a page and even transfer pictures and other URLs.
