Skype version 8.54 update now available with Translated Conversations feature

Microsoft yesterday announced the release of Skype version 8.54. This new update comes with improvements to Translated Conversations which will allow you to chat with people all over the world in a different languages. With this update, the Skype Translator bot will be retired and replaced with Translated Conversations. This update also brings improved detection of missing permissions for screen sharing on macOS users. Like every other update, Microsoft has also included some bug fixes and stability improvements as well.

Microsoft Skype team mentioned the following known issue for Skype users in Brazil.

If you are using Skype in Brazil and if your chat message timestamps are one hour off from your system time, we are aware of this issue and working on fixing it. You can use Skype for Web in Chrome or Edge as a temporary workaround.
