Microsoft today released a new update for Skype for Android app, taking it to version 8.26.0.70. This update brings support for end to end encrypted conversation and other smaller improvements.

The full changelog reads:

  • Private conversations: Skype’s private conversations give you enhanced protection through end-to-end encryption for your conversations with friends and family.
  • Improvements made to Bluetooth.
  • Stability and reliability improvements.
