Nanapho.jp have spotted another unannounced Samsung Windows Phone 7 handset.  The Samsung SGH-i677 was seen sailing through  Bluetooth authentication and WiFi certification and its UAProf browser profile proves it is a Windows Phone 7.5 handset.
Nanapho notes that previous i6xx series handsets have invariable had keyboards, which raises the question of the handset either looking like the Dell Venue Pro or being part of a new Chassis featuring front facing keyboards.
