Samsung reportedly working on even more powerful smartphone fast charger

The state of the art for Samsung fast charging is their 15-watt USB-C fast charger, but according to reliable leaker Ice Universe, Samsung is set to soon supercede this.

Samsung smartphone 15w charging will become history.

While Samsung’s best is 15 watt, OnePlus’s Warp Charge offers 30-watt charging which can charge a smartphone from 0 to 50% in only 20 minutes.

Of course, the bigger concern with pouring electrons into your smartphone is whether it can be done safely, and we hope Samsung pays particular attention to this, to avoid another Note 7-type debacle.
