Everyone remembers what happened to Galaxy Note 7 just after its launch. The device’s failure resulted in the revenue loss of more than $17 billion. However, it looks like the company might not have learnt its lesson from the whole fiasco.

A couple of photos of the alleged Samsung Galaxy Note 9 made its way to the internet today and they don’t look good. The front image shows the shattered screen of Galaxy Note 9 and the back has some minor scratches and dents. The images were posted on Weibo and point at the bad quality of the upcoming flagship.

That said, we don’t exactly know how the screen was shattered but these images popping just before the launch is not good for Samsung. We do hope that Samsung takes care of the quality of the Note 9 and make sure that the final units are better than the prototypes.
