Samsung is having a hard time perfecting Galaxy Fold so it could be shipped to the consumers. In case you forgot, Samsung Galaxy Fold turned into a disaster shortly after the launch with reviewers breaking their phones while trying it out. Soon after that the company recalled the devices for further investigation and cancelled the launch to fix the issues.

It has been a couple of months since then and Samsung hasn’t been able to fix the issue. Now a new report claims that Samsung might miss their June deadline as well. According to the Korean news outlet (via Pocket Now), unnamed sources claim that Samsung’s progress has been slow and this could lead to further delays. Samsung hasn’t set any official deadline but promised to update the shipping status by 31st May 2019. The company also sent a letter to customers who pre-ordered the device saying “if we do not hear from you and we have not shipped by May 31st your order will be cancelled automatically”.
