The Samsung Focus, possibly the most popular Windows phone 7 handsets in the USA, is now available essentially for free if ordered from Walmart.

If you buy the handset for $99  you get a $100 gift card, meaning the price at the till is $0 up front, of course with a contract.

Now the last time we wrote about the $50 Amazon deal some people chose to interpret it as a fire sale.  For those people, it should come as a surprise that Walmart will pay you $20 to take the Android Samsung Captivate on AT&T or $100 to take the Android Vibrant. Cant give them away, can they?
