Samsung’s research group is set to release a set of mixed reality glasses at Mobile World Congress 2017, reports The Verge.

The glasses, called Monitorless, would connect to phones or PCs via WIFI Direct and replace the screen on the devices, allowing users to work “monitor-less”.

It seems on the PC it will use Microsoft’s Windows Holographic Shell while on the phone it would have a multi-window shell for Android and would be able to use the phone as an input source for both. The glasses would be able to do both VR and AR.
