Yesterday, Atlus released a new teaser website which can be found at the domain P5S.jp. The website looks fairly simple, with just a note that says more information is coming on April 25th.

However, as Gematsu found, if you look at the page source, the following message is revealed (note: the original message is in Japanese – this has been helpfully translated into English by Gematsu):

Calling Card

April 25, 2019.

We will show you a new Phantom Thieves that will turn the world’s cognition on its head.

We are energized by voices that seek satisfaction.

Once again, we will take your heart at the Ryougoku Kokugikan.

Today, the news broke that a Best Buy employee had found a listing for Persona 5 on the Switch in the Best Buy employee terminal.

Twitter user MysticDistance, who tends to be incredibly accurate at pinpointing leaks, tweeted the following:

The images link to an imgur album from u/Groo0731, showing listings for a premium ‘Take Your Heart’ edition of Persona 5 for the PlayStation 4 and Persona 5 on the Nintendo Switch.

Of course, we can’t just assume that these leaks are 100% definitely accurate, although Best Buy did also happen to ‘accidentally’ leak Joker’s full 3D model for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate the other day. The render has since been removed, but Persona Central still have it up on their website.

At the least, Twitter user Wario64 can confirm that Persona 5 Switch is definitely listed in Best Buy’s system.

We first reported on Persona 5’s rumoured Switch port all the way back in December 2018 after Joker was confirmed for Smash.

Wario64 also confirmed that there are also Best Buy listings for Metroid Prime Trilogy on Nintendo Switch and for The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past on Switch.
