Red Dead Redemption 2 is set to release on October 26, 2018 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4. You can pre-order it from the Microsoft Store for $59.99.
It was exactly at one of these Microsoft Store listings in UK where punters were able to learn early what pre-order bonuses will be offered for the game, something the developer was likely to announce at E3.
Spotted by gamer ResetEra, and removed soon after, the details are captured in the screenshot below:
Pre-orders for the Xbox version will get:
- War Horse
- Outlaw Survival Kit
- RDR2 Story Mode cash
Those who pre-order will also get a virtual $500,000 to spend in the Grand Theft Auto Online.
Those who order by July 31 will also receive an exclusive story mode Treasure Map. Playstation bonuses were of course not revealed.
While you wait, you can catch the latest trailer for the game, which gives us our most in-depth look at the game’s characters.
“America, 1899. The end of the wild west era has begun as lawmen hunt down the last remaining outlaw gangs. Those who will not surrender or succumb are killed.
After a robbery goes badly wrong in the western town of Blackwater, Arthur Morgan and the Van der Linde gang are forced to flee. With federal agents and the best bounty hunters in the nation massing on their heels, the gang must rob, steal and fight their way across the rugged heartland of America in order to survive. As deepening internal divisions threaten to tear the gang apart, Arthur must make a choice between his own ideals and loyalty to the gang who raised him.”
