QuizUp is an extremely popular Trivial Pursuit-style game by Icelandic developers Plain Vanilla Games.
The game was released in November 2013 first for iOS and Android, and now, according to the email above from QuizUp support, a Windows Phone version “is getting very close.”
QuizUp has a user base of over 11 million players, and while we have seen some Windows Phone apps with similar features, including an app by Daniel Gary which was meant to interface with the actual service, I am sure many of our readers are holding out for the real deal.
