PUBG 60fps mode PUBG next-gen PUBG: Battlegrounds

Microsoft’s exclusivity partnership with PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds developer Bluehole is about to come to an end. After one year of Xbox One being the only console you can play PUBG on, it would appear the popular Battle Royale shooter is coming to Sony’s PS4.

After being leaked by the Korean Ratings Board alongside the recently release PS4-only Castlevania remaster and having an ID added in the PSN Store, it seems inevitable that PUBG is coming to PlayStation.

Video game analyst ZhugeEX has taken to the gaming forum Resetera to claim that the game will be out next month. Popular UK games website Eurogamer has also said they believe this to be true.

The poor state that PUBG launched in may have made the game’s year-long exclusivity period exactly what Microsoft wanted, but its popularity has remained high.

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is available on Xbox One for £24.99/$29.99.
