Popular photo editing app PicsArt today announced an update for Windows 10 devices. The new app is whiter, brighter and now includes the 3 of the most requested editing tools from the Windows community: Tilt Shift Tool, Lens Flares and Shape Masks.
The three tools combined lets you create pictures like the one below:
Additionally PicsArt on Windows now has a whole new look and feel — whiter, with bright callouts, to make the PicsArt on Windows experience even more immersive.
