Recently, Opera stated that the company has nothing in the pipeline for its Opera Mini browser for windows Phone.
We were therefore somewhat surprised today when a new major feature showed up for this web thin client.
Version 9.1 of the client has added the ability to block banner ads from the web, which should ensure even lower data usage and faster page loading (and of course also reduce the revenue of the supporting website).
