Joe Belfiore has already revealed in his Reddit AMA that an official Windows Phone File Manager was on the way.

Today an admin on the official WP8.1 User Voice site has added some more detail, revealing that the app will be called Files, and will be hitting the Windows Phone Store in June.

More screen shots from that app can be seen here.

With some pretty great file managers already in the Windows Phone Store however, one wonders if the official version will be able to top what is already out there.
