image_3 Microsoft’s new Facebook app has just been released, but they are already releasing an update.

Apparently some users have been experiencing installation problems with a “cannot install due to insufficient privileges” error.  To address this, and also improve the stability of the app Microsoft has released an update, which can be downloaded from the download center or from your phone.

It is suggested the previously installed app (if you managed that) should be uninstalled, and also the facebook.vol and fbmail.vol files are deleted from your root directory before reinstalling, which seems rather much to ask from  most users.
