AmplifiedAnalytics have mined  142,369 online customer reviews published prior to March 30, 2013 and found on average AT&T subscribers who used Nokia smartphones had customer satisfaction 21% above average compared to other smartphone users

On AT&T Nokia users had higher customer satisfaction than Samsung and Apple, and on Verizon they were also well ahead of Apple.  On T-Mobile, Nokia was only second to HTC.

Of course Windows Phone is famous, at least in these parts, for customer satisfaction, but as  we are seeing from recent Kantar surveys, this is finally starting to turn into actual market share gains also, which is of course exactly the way it should be.
