JD Powers posted their bi-yearly Smartphone Customer Satisfaction Survey in USA.

The survey once again reads as good news for Nokia, who once again beat Samsung and was second only to Apple.

Nokia improved its score to 840, from 795 6 months ago.  Apple’s score barely budged, going from 855  to 856, indicating its competitors are generally catching up.

The study was performed between February and August 2013 and measures customer satisfaction in four factors: performance (33%); physical design (23%); features (22%); and ease of operation (22%).
