The Wall Street Journal reports that Nokia will be showing off the Nokia Normandy, their secret Android-powered handset, at Mobile World Congress this month.

The handset, which was developed before Nokia’s handset division sale to Microsoft was finalized, has similar specs to the Nokia Lumia 520 and is expected to be on sale for less than $100.

Interestingly there is also a rumour that the transfer of Nokia’s handset division will also be finalized at Mobile World Congress, which may mean that the black cloth on the Nokia Normandy may never be lifted there.
