We recently reported that Nokia might be planning to launch a new phone with 5 lenses. Dubbed as Nokia 9, the device was rumoured to launch sometime this year.
However, a recent leak revealed that the Nokia 9 might make debut during MWC 2019. The device is supposed to come with top of the line specs and 5 lens camera on the back. As usual, the lenses will be designed by Carl Zeiss. With the latest leak, it’s at least confirmed that Nokia is working on a penta-lens camera setup. As for the specs, Nokia 9 might come with Snapdragon 855, at least 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. However, do note that these specs aren’t leaked and might not be true.
Killing Nokia 9: the announcement of the smartphone this year canceled
Nokia 9 is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated flagships of the year. Since the beginning of the Finnish brand's return to the market, HMD Global has introduced 2 "flagship" smartphones.#killingnokia9 pic.twitter.com/KeWaeneDin

That said, it would interesting to see how companies like Apple and Samsung respond to the penta-lens camera phone by Nokia. A special mention should also go to Google has been sticking with single lens camera and rely on software to add touches to the photo.
