Nokia Russia has started opening up pre-orders for the Nokia Lumia 920 in the country.

They are offering the handset for 24,990 Rubles which is around $807 which I suspect is about as much as one would expect to pay for such a highly specified handset. The iPhone 5 by comparison is said to cost around 115,000 Rubles there.
