The new Windows Phone 8 user interface may show up on a Windows Phone 7 handset first, with the Nokia US twitter rep tweeting that the update will be “rolling out in the coming weeks.”

The Windows Phone 7.8 update will bring the new Windows Phone 8  start screen to Windows Phone 7, but any other additional features are unclear.
