At an press event held today, Nokia India announced the launch of Nokia Lumia 610 and Nokia Music app for Lumia devices.
1) Launch of Nokia Lumia 610:
Nokia today announced that its low cost Windows Phone offering will be available in India in 4 different colors for MRP of Rs.12,999. I personally think the price is little high and I hope that the retailers will sell it for lower price than that of the MRP. Also Nokia Lumia 610 will come with the latest camera extras update with allows you to take photos in 4 new different modes such as Action Shot, Panorama, etc,. and other Nokia exclusive apps such as Nokia Drive, Nokia Maps, Nokia Traffic, etc,.
2) Launch Of Nokia Music:
Nokia today announced the launch of Nokia Music Store and Mix Radio service in India. Nokia Music Store has over 4.5 million songs with 15 domestic genres and 7 international genres. The songs are DRM free as well. Nokia Lumia 610 will come with pre-installed Nokia Music app and other Lumia devices will get this app at end of July.
