Nokia Lumia 520 debuts a second best seller in India

We are expecting big things from the Nokia Lumia 520, given its low price( 10499 INR, $193) backed by Nokia’s band power.
It seems the handset is delivering on that promise, with pre-orders for the the super-cheap Windows Phone 8 handset causing it to debut at the second spot on Flipkart, India’s Amazon.com , out of all 96 phones being offered.
In fact in the price range of 10,000 to 18,000 INR Lumia handsets pretty much dominate the segment, with 8 out of the 18 handsets being either Nokia Lumia 520 or 620 handsets.
The handset is expected to hit the market in the first week of April, where hopefully the early enthusiasm will continue, especially with the inevitable price drops coming in the next few months.
