Alan Mendelevich, who runs Adduplex, which is an ad network on a large number of Windows Phone apps, has just tweeted some interesting findings from a look at his logs.
Apparently he discovered a number of Nokia Windows Phones in the wild.
The list includes the Nokia RM-914 (Lumia 520), so presumably a very cheap low end Lumia, the RM-885 (Lumia 720), a presumed mid-range Lumia, and two other unidentified handsets, the RM-887(?) and RM-860(?) on Verizon.
From earlier leaks the Lumia 720 codenamed Zeal and Lumia 520 codenamed Fame are WP 8 devices.
The Lumia 720 will have 4.3inch CBD, 1Ghz Dual-core, 512Mb RAM, 8GB storage, HSPA+, WP8, microSD, 6MP camera and 2MP front camera, while the Lumia 520 will have 4 inch Super Sensitive screen, 1Ghz Dual-core, 512Mb RAM, 8GB storage, microSD, WP8, 5MP with no front camera.
The last two handsets on Verizon are likely the high end Lumia handsets, the Laser and Catwalk, which may be exclusive to the large US carrier.
The Catwalk is said to be a slim metallic handset which will be marketed as a flagship device, with significant marketing support by Microsoft.
Altogether we can expect quite a flood of handsets at Mobile World Congress, which should make the event somewhat more exciting than last year.
