WPBox have unboxed the Nokia Lumia 510, Nokia’s new low-end Windows Phone 7.5 handset.

The device is designed to hit a new low-price point and engage Nokia’s traditional Symbian buyers.

The handset features a 4-inch WVGA 800×480 screen, 1300 mAh battery, 5MP camera, 256MB RAM, and 4GB storage of which 2.18 GB is free.

While we would likely judge the handset as extremely underspecced, other handsets in the same price range tend to have HVGA screens and 3,2 megapixel cameras, so the device certainly offers value for money.

WPBox expects the handset to receive the Windows Phone 7.8 upgrade eventually.
